How to download your registration form:

Please click on this link to download the Junior/U18 registration form.

http://www.oeccbarnet.co.uk/d/documents.html?group_id=7849 and click on membership forms.

Please ensure you provide us with your correct e-mail and mobile phone details when completing the registration form. If you have already completed a registration form for winter nets, you do not need to fill in a new form unless there are any changes.

Copies of our Codes of Conduct, Player Pathway and other policies are available to view or download on the website.

Registering on the club website – IMPORTANT!

Parents MUST register on our website! When you register, please link yourself to your child/children. To do this, please go here:

https://www.pitchero.com/clubs/oldelizabethansccbarnet/signup?source=network_bar&external_domain=www.oeccbarnet.co.uk

The reason for this registration is that all requests/selections for your child to play in matches will be sent via the website, so if you are not registered, your son/daughter will not receive any invitations to play in a match. Listing your child’s availability is very straightforward once you have registered on the website.

Registration on Friday evenings

On every Friday evenings, all colts need to be signed in. This is a health and safety requirement.

Children aged 11 and over: each child must sign in with their coach at every session
Children aged 10 and under: a parent/guardian must sign their child in with Vanessa at every session

For all children aged 10 and under, a parent or guardian must remain on the premises during each training session and at any matches in which they play.

Cricket Equipment
The club provides playing equipment for our younger age groups, with the exception of boxes. (See below)

Please label any personal kit!

All children must wear a helmet, pads and suitable gloves when batting or wicket keeping when a hard ball is being used. He/she will not be allowed to bat without a helmet. This helmet must conform to the current safety requirements:

http://www.oeccbarnet.co.uk/d/documents.html?group_id=0

Boys must also wear a box when batting, along with the correct underwear to prevent this slipping.

As a club, we are always looking for new parents who want to get more involved in the running and behind the scenes activities at the club.

All the coaches, managers, helpers and committee members are all volunteers and we really need more parents to get involved. Without volunteers our club would not exist, so if you are able to help in anyway please speak with either Vanessa or Steve.

Regards
Vanessa and Steve Michelin
